Welcome to The Fitted Furniture Company
The Fitted Furniture Company is a local business, established in 1991 by Jason Nicholls, specialising in bespoke furniture, including kitchens, studies, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
Originally in Stamford, we have relocated to Easton on the Hill in 2000, and recently moved in to our purpose built workshop on the same site. The Fitted Furniture Company pride ourselves on personal service, ensuring quality that is second to none by a professional, friendly and conscientious team.
Furniture is made using traditional methods such as mortice and tenon jointing and drawer boxes from solid timber and of dovetail construction, in conjunction with the modern ‘soft close’ runners. Doors are traditionally hung using brass or brushed steel hinges. We ensure attention to detail on each piece of furniture which leaves our workshops. Pieces may be fitted or free-standing and constructed from a variety of timbers and numerous paint finishes.
Every item is individually designed and hand made to the clients’ specific requirements, whether it is of traditional or contemporary style. The Fitted Furniture Co. boasts our own designer, craftsmen, and painters. Our craftsmen install their own work, so appreciate the time to complete a precise fit.
The Fitted Furniture Company can also 'ease the burden' by being able to supply the latest kitchen trends, such as coffee makers, integrated dishwashers, hobs and cookers. We like to treat people the way we would like to be treated, and believes in old fashioned values such as turning up on time! We work closely with the client, achieving superb results. Customer satisfaction is paramount to the company, as after 18 years of trading, recommendation by word of mouth is still the strongest advertisement.
